Description

The University of Plymouth is seeking to appoint a contractor who will undertake alternations on the 3rd floor of Roland Levinsky Building (RLB). The existing seminar and office spaces to be turned into various teaching facilities including a recording studio. Additionally, there will be works to the ground floor of RLB to convert the existing card office into a larger open plan office, Room 001a to the east end will be converted into a dance studio. The new dance studio (currently card office) shall undergo a light touch MEP refurbishment. The University of Plymouth will employ a specialist AV contractor as NUM Sounds to install a bespoke lighting and AV rig to the dance studio post contract. The services contractor as a part of this contract shall provide the power and data requirement as illustrated on the NUM Sounds design intent drawing
