Description

The original contract term was for a total of 12 months from 2 nd January 2018 to 31 st December 2018.

This paper seeks your approval to accept the uplift to the value. The original contract value was £448,000.00 (ex VAT) and the uplifted value will be £102,549.50 (ex VAT). The total value of the contract will now be £550,549.50 (ex VAT).

This paper seeks your approval to increase the term of the contract for a further 4 months, taking the contract end date to Tuesday 30th April 2019.

The uplift in value and increase to the contract term, are a result of the services not being finished, and require both of these amendments in order to complete the original scope/deliverables.
