Description

The CFO3 programme is currently delivered in 74 Prisons across England. This advertising requirement is to promote the work and enhance the publicity of the programme. The focus of the advertising campaign should be CFO3 core participants, the hard to reach offender group and be focused directly to offenders.

The campaign will focus on the delivery of the CFO3 programme and the work of the providers and sub-providers to close the gap for those offenders furthest away from the employment market. The successful bidder will also highlight the reintegration programmes available to enable CFO3 participants safely and positively return to the community.

The requirement is for a six month advertising campaign and additionally an implementation including content development period as well as evaluation to be undertaken following the end of the campaign.
