Description

Enforcement and associated services for The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead divided into the following four lots -

Lot 1 (Compliance Management and Associated Services) - including staffing of the Compliance Management Operation and the provision of an Enforcement Agent Service.

Lot 2 (Compliance Management Technology and Associated Services) - including PCN issue and progression, evidence review, permit management, interfaces and reporting.

Lot 3 (Moving Traffic Contraventions Enforcement System) - including equipment to observe locations and produce evidence packs of vehicles in contravention.

Lot 4 (Environmental Enforcement and Additional Services) - including the provision of a service to staff an enforcement service (Litter/dog fouling/pavement licensing) and provide the back office system to progress cases.
