Description

NHS NW London ICB required the provision of Workforce Barriers to Leadership Analysis with the purpose to undertake an Integrated Care System (ICS) system-wide analysis directly with defined staff groups to understand the current qualitative barriers to career progression for black and minority ethnic staff members.
