Description

This project will upgrade the staff welfare accommodation at Blackpool Light Maintenance Depot (LMD). The project will incorporate upgrades and refurbishments to the following:
•Refurbish the locker rooms and drying facilities.
•Refurbish toilets, male shower, and installation of a female shower.
•Repurpose the store room into the depot management office.
•Repurpose the office into a meeting room.
•Refurbish the workshop/office for depot fitters.
•Refurbish the mess facilities.
•Install a fire alarm system.
•Upgrades to building accessibility.
•Replace the gas heating system with electric air source heat system.
•Replace Train Presentation storage containers.
