This Early Engagement Notice is published to encourage market engagement and research, serving as an opportunity for suppliers to have their say and offer feedback, to help inform the development of the requirements prior to release of the tender, estimated Autumn-Winter 2023.

The proposed framework covers 8 workstreams-

The total framework value is estimated to be in the region of £30m over a 4 year duration.
