Description

Scope of Work :

BBVS JV are looking for interested parties to facilitate an off-site location to allow its Subcontractors and partners to erect Visual Mock-Ups (VMU's) of elements of the station building to allow sign-off from the architect. Once the VMU's have been erected, they will need to be stored on site for the duration of the construction phase.

The VMU's consist of a range of items from cladding systems to platform structures. There are approximately 99 VMU's to be constructed over the size of 3m x 3m.

The facility will need to include;
- Welfare facilities and offices to cater for the workforce deployed to site to erect the VMU's, approximately 20No operatives at a time
- A secure compound with security provisions
- Ability to host visitors to view the VMU's
- Experience in hosting similar type systems with comparable clients
- Adequate space as per the predicted area requirements below
