Description

Provision of process engineering consultancy support for modular building built under services provided as part of CPI Tender 2137, adjacent to CPI's current 1 Union Square building in Central Park, Darlington. As the building requires specific linkages to our existing site, this requires the services of Exmoor Pharma Concepts, who designed and produced the brief for our existing facility.

Under Reg 32 (2) of the PCR's 2015, where competition is absent for technical reasons, contracting authorities may award public contracts by a negotiated procedure without prior publication.
