Description

The National Archives is currently exploring options around moving its existing applications to the cloud and requires consultancy to assist in the initial discovery phase for this project. By the end of the discovery phase, The National Archives needs to be in a position where it can make a well-informed decision around whether to proceed with the project and, if so, how to proceed. We would expect this discovery phase consultancy engagement to deliver - at a minimum - the following outcomes:

• An understanding as to the cloud readiness of our existing applications
• An understanding as to the options for moving our existing applications to the cloud (platforms, operating models etc.)
• An understanding as to the likely costs, benefits, risks and delivery effort associated with each option
