Description

Maidstone Borough Council ('the Council') is seeking to procure consultancy services for the preparation of Viability Assessment studies to support the preparation and implementation of key elements of its statutory Development Plan. This involves two Development Plan Documents (DPDs) and a review of the Community Infrastructure Levy Charging Schedule. The tender is for the award of a contract for work on the following documents:
