Description

The London Borough of Barking & Dagenham is pleased to invite you to tender for the specified requirement pursuant to a single stage open tender.

The scope of works comprises the design and build Refurbishment of existing Community Centre (Use Class F2) including external alterations to elevations and roof, installation of rooflights, rooftop ASHP plant and PV panels, updates to fenestration, installation of entry canopy, installation of secure boundary, car and cycle parking, updates to landscaping, external lighting, signage, and associated works as described in the Employer's Requirements in Volume 3.

The successful Contractor will be appointed under the JCT Design and Build Contract 2016 (DB 2016) as Annex 3.0a amended by the Employers Special Conditions (refer to Annexe 3.0b). Upon submitting a tender for this project, the tenderer is to have read, understood and agreed to these Special Conditions.
