Description

Norfolk County Council runs ICT Solutions which supports its schools with their ICT requirements, and also assists a number of academies, academy chains and Multi-Academy Trusts with their ICT where requested. ICT Solutions is a traded service operated by Norfolk County Council working within its IMT department.

The Council is seeking to purchase on behalf of ICT solutions remote maintenance and management services for schools, which will include real-time monitoring of a minimum of 8000 endpoints and support.
