Description

The Brigades People Plan 2022-2026 describes the need to 'ensure that we have the right people, with the right skills to carry out the right job, at the right time so that our workforce can make even more of a difference every day and save even more lives'.

The Brigade are now looking to invest into a Community Volunteer scheme which fully supports the Brigade's People Plan and adds capacity to the establishment, enabling skilled and trained members of the workforce to deliver activities that reduce a higher level of risk while volunteers are utilised to reduce lower levels of risk throughout communities.
