Description

To develop a 'Change Plan' to support the adoption of the FOXHOUND shared IT service and enable effective exploitation of the newly deployed capability.
In developing the plan, Chartroom will work closely with the FOXHOUND programme team and stakeholders across Whitehall (as directed by the programme).
Within the 'Change Plan', Chartroom will:
o Identify the Behaviours to Change;
o Identify how Key Behaviours can be changed; and
o Identify the Tools for Change.
