Description

Westward Housing Group are seeking a contractor to undertake concrete repairs to the walkways of The Mount, Appledore, North Devon, EX39 1NZ. The work is also to re-render walkway panels and associated stair wall panels. The walkways are to be applied with a waterproof, anti-slip covering.

The winning bidder will act as Main Contractor for all the works, whilst providing all necessary CDM documentation, insurance, access equipment, associated builder works, plus site management and coordination.
