Description

Arun District Council is inviting organisations to tender for a project for internal works at Howard House in Bognor Regis, West Sussex PO21 5NX. Howard House is a 2-storey building with communal shared facilities, currently used to provide temporary accommodation for Arun District Council tenants. It is located in a residential area with a senior high school to the rear.

The project is to remove the shared facilities and re-configure the bedsits, flats and communal bathrooms to form self-contained units. It is anticipated the project will take 22 weeks, plus a shutdown over the Christmas period. The building will be occupied for the duration of the works but the units to be worked on will be void.
