Description

This opportunity entails the disposal of a 0.75Ha site in Todmorden to a Registered Provider for the purpose of developing a circa 55 unit Extra Care Scheme. The identified Registered Provider will acquire the site from the Council, secure any additional funding required to ensure that the scheme is viable and deliverable, secure planning permission, design and develop the scheme and let and manage the scheme to those prospective residents who meet the criteria.
