Description

The University is seeking to appoint a single provider to evaluate all aspects of the management and delivery of the Enabling Innovation Programme. There will be a review of progress approximately half way through the 3 year delivery period followed by a final evaluation prior to its completion in March 2019.

The half way review will enable the delivery teams to review their actions and activities to date and apply any lessons learnt to ensure a satisfactory completion of the overall programme.

The end of programme review will seek to summarise the success or otherwise of Enabling Innovation as well as clearly identifying key lessons from the programmes management. A requirement of this final review will be to put forward a number of specific recommendations to the three delivery partners on how future, potential collaborative projects should be developed and managed in light of experiences gained from Enabling Innovation.
