Description

The overall purpose of this network is to ensure that people working in educational settings and parents, families and carers across Sussex are able to improve their learning and following on from this, their understanding and skills to prevent and respond to self-harm including within the context of the changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Self-harm has been recognised as a key issue impacting on children and young people and their families, and staff working in educational settings across the Sussex Health and Care Partnership (SHCP) footprint of East and West Sussex and Brighton and Hove.

The funding period is for a 20-month period from May 2021 to January 2023.
