Description

This project is for the conversion of the existing heavy workshop to form a new Patient Discharge Lounge at The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, King's Lynn.
The trust wants to appoint as a main contractor a building company and them to manage relevant sub-contractors.
The works comprise minor alterations, stripping out and breakthroughs, new partitions and doors to form 4Nr new bed bays, toilets, dirty and clean utilities and nurse base.
The area requires: new finishes throughout and new Mechanical & Electrical Engineering installations. The Contractor will install minor drainage connections to existing system.

This project is business critical for the Trust.
