Description

North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) wishes to commission a suitably experienced consultant to lead a team to deliver an Appraisal and Viability Assessment for the aforementioned site on Eleanor Street, Grimsby. The site contains Nos.5, 7 (Former Education Department Offices), 9 (Former College of Art and Design), Eleanor Street, Grimsby and the adjacent Art College Mews. The output of this commission will provide the Authority with sufficient detailed information to allow a robust and informed strategic approach to be taken in relation to the future of the site and any proposals for regeneration and/or development therein.
