Description

1.3The Authority is developing new homes in White Hart Lane, Collier Row, Essex. The development is divided between two sites on that road, one garage site at the rear of shops at RM7 8JB and the other at the rear of Kent House at RM7 8JU. A total of 23 residential units will be developed for affordable rent. The proposed contract is for the design and build of those units.
