Description

Runnymede Borough Council are inviting expressions of interest for works which are situated on land formerly occupied by Nos. 1 - 4 Farm Close, Staines-upon-Thames, Surrey TW18 3ER. The site comprised of 4Nr. flood damaged bungalows which have been subsequently demolished under a separate enabling works contract. This is a two stage procurement process and candidates are required to complete and submit the PQQ by the closing date of 7 February 2018 at midday, after which selected bidders will be invited to submit a tender. Please do not submit any tenders at this stage.

The works will comprise the design and construction of a flatted development consisting of 4Nr. One Bedroom Apartments for General Rent together with associated hard and soft landscaping, parking and mains services.
