Description

The Clapham Park Estate regeneration joint venture will involve the delivery of a range of tenures including but not limited to; market sale, market rent, intermediate and affordable tenures.

Organisations who have experience and expertise relating to property planning, development, management (development and construction), sales and marketing, should note, the procurement exercise is planned to commence in May 2020.

This agreement will focus on the Clapham Park Estate, however may extend to other MTVH joint venture opportunities, yet to be identified.
