Description
The University of Warwick has a requirement to establish a framework agreement with multiple PR Agencies with expertise to support integrated projects, specialist projects, and with the expertise to offer strategic counsel and deliver campaigns across the institution.
The framework will be split into 7 lots and the university will call-off awarded suppliers as and when required:
LOT 1 - Strategic Support and Delivery
LOT 2 - Reputation management/crisis management
LOT 3 - Social Media Support and Strategic Counsel
LOT 4 - Media Tools and Platform
LOT 5 - Internal Communications and Platforms
LOT 6 - Media Training
LOT 7 - Marketing/PR Agencies - Commercial/regional/sector specific
Suppliers may bid for one or multiple lots. However, Warwick University has the right to accept all or part of submissions.
The initial contract period will be 3 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years subject to performance. Extension offers will be made by the University of Warwick based on contract feedback, supplier capability, value for money, and other pertinent considerations. The budget for this framework is not guaranteed as this will be a call-off contract but based on previous requirements a total budget of up to £200k per annum across the University and across all 7 Lots.
