Description

The purpose of this contract is to work with a search dog Contractor to:
1. Refine and test an effective method of using dogs to reliably screen cabin and hold baggage (including oversized items) for explosives.
2. Validate a certification test for baggage screening dogs, using dogs trained by the canine contractor under the above determined screening methodology.
