Additional text

The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
As this is a large project involving several facilities and potentially differing work types, ie Refurbishment, flooring, decoration and tanking it is expected that a principle contractor will manage all works in conjunction with client agreement on scheduling. The museum has a priority list for each facility and it is expected that not all facilities listed will be carried out within this project.
The contract for all works will be awarded to one tenderer.
