The Contract is anticipated to commence on Friday 1st September 2017and shall continue up to completion of the contract ("Contract Period").

Loxford Hall is a locally listed building currently being used by the Redbridge Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).

The Council has produced plans for a small scale residential development providing 6 self-contained accommodation (4x 2bed flats and 2x 3/4bed maisonettes) with amenities. This tender also includes disposal of a portacabin (45.88 m2 ) from the rear of Loxford Hall.

The successful contractor will ideally have experience of working on heritage assets.

Organisations tendering for this Contract are required to complete a Selection Questionnaire containing information about their economic and financial standing, technical and professional ability, insurance, equalities, environmental management and health and safety.

Organisations shall note that question 6.4 in Section 5 (Technical and Professional Ability) of the Selection Questionnaire will be evaluated and scored by the Authority with organisations required to achieve a minimum of forty percent (40%) of the available score for this question. Any organisation achieving a score of less than forty percent (40%) will fail the assessment and their Tender will not be considered any further.

The Contract shall be awarded based on the most economically advantageous Tender received. This shall be determined in accordance with the Evaluation Criteria of Price 70% and Technical Ability and Quality 30%, as more fully described in the Tender Documents.
