Description
The purpose of this procurement is to establish a framework for the provision of engineering (Hard FM) Services. The framework will provide a one stop shop for organisations to fulfil their Engineering (Hard FM) Services requirements, with suppliers selected for their experience and ability to provide customers with a comprehensive range of services and works that combine quality, value and compliance. The framework will include the services listed in the table under individual lots.
Lot 15 is a Managed Service, which includes items under Lots 1 to 14 and may include additional similar services which will be specified as part of the call off.
The framework has been designed to facilitate current trends in the FM world and also to provide a flexible route for Estates and FM departments within contracting authorities to procure services.
The framework Lots have been configured to enable Services Providers to be able to bid for areas with their specialism, making it friendly for SMEs. Service Providers have the option of bidding for one or more Lots within the framework, with NOE CPC appointing up to 12 Service Providers for each Lot.
