Description

It is the Department for Educations intention to procure new Lot linked to Educational and Children's Social Care Professionals (ECSC) Framework. This Lot will be a pool of Breakfast Club advisers intended to support schools on the Free Breakfast Club programme.

Advisers will use their expertise to provide guidance to schools on the Breakfast Club Programme to maximise the quality of their provision, help schools navigate through delivery, and share best practice.

We are interested in advisers from a broad range of skillsets and specialisms, including:
- Programme and operational delivery
- Finance and governance
- Local Authority experience, particularly in their engagement with schools
- Current Providers of breakfast clubs
- Headteacher or school business manager experience
- Other experience relevant to the running of school breakfast clubs

We will be holding an Early Supplier Engagement Event on Wednesday 14 January 2026 at 10am and you can register your attendance using the Jaggaer messaging link.
