Description

Contractors are invited to submit tenders based on a lump sum fixed price for the works as described, for the refurbishment of the empty property, 39 Surrey Towers, which is a three bedroomed 6th floor flat, located in Addlestone, Surrey.

The work comprises: The refurbishment of flat, located in a high rise block of predominately tenanted domestic units. Works include, new fitted bathroom and kitchen, electrical re-wire, new boiler and gas-fired central heating system, new flooring and general void work. As part of the process the contractor will be required to:

o Install new Heating and Hot water system, including the provision of a new boiler
o Renewal of all floorboards and bearers throughout property.
o Refurbish kitchen
o Plumis System
o Refurbish bathroom
o Carry out a complete rewire
o Carry out a complete re-decoration
o General Void works.

The Contract will be JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2011 Edition
