Description

London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is carrying out this procurement exercise in the form of an Open Tender on behalf of itself, London Boroughs of Redbridge and Havering for the production of BHR Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA) in accordance with the Council's Contract Rules and the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

The document is used as the framework for commissioning pharmacy services in a defined area. There is a statutory requirement for each local authority's Health and Wellbeing Boards (HWB) to produce a PNA every three years. The next round for the London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham (LBBD), Havering (LBH) and Redbridge (LBR) are due to be published before the end of March 2022.

The council require an experienced organisation to produce a final PNA for each of the three boroughs by 15th February 2022 for their HWBs to publish.
