Description

Selwood Housing Society Limited (Selwood Housing) is a Registered Provider (TSA Register No. LH4097) and Registered Charity (Charity No. 1141124), working to improve homes and communities. We are based in Trowbridge and operate in Wiltshire and Somerset within one hour of our office. We are a not-for-profit housing association with over 5,400 properties available for renting at affordable prices. We work closely with other agencies to acquire, provide, construct, improve or manage houses or other accommodation available for letting.
Selwood Housing wishes to enter into a contract for the provision of Window cleaning services for our properties which are located in Wiltshire and the surrounding counties.
Selwood Housing has a high proportion of employees who have occasion to lone work.
Although we have some very effective lone working processes in place, we also require a lone working device which allows an employee to raise the alarm discreetly and quickly, without drawing attention to themselves and have the event recorded for evidential purposes.It is intended that the winning tenderer will be appointed for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months, any extensions will be subject to the winning tenderer's satisfactory performance during the duration of the contract.
The estimated expenditure over 4 years is GBP130,000, this figure is provided as guidance only and Selwood Housing gives no commitment to minimum levels of expenditure.
