Description
Wolverhampton Homes seek to appoint a contractor to support them with the delivery of Roofing Repairs and Maintenance works.\r

The scope of works will cover roofing repairs and maintenance services for the repairs service, and wider Property Services Directorate. All works will be required to be completed in accordance with the applicable works specifications, performance targets, customer service and ICT systems.\r

The term of this contract will be for 5 years and the total contract value will be £1,600,000.\r
