Description

The Trust has a requirement for yearly servicing of six pumping stations around CHH
6 pumping stations around CHH, these are split into Surface Water (Storm) and Foul Water (Crude) as detailed :-

Station 1, Cardiology 3 x Storm pumps (Flygt 3127.090)
Station 2, Cardiology 2 x Crude pumps (Flygt 3102.090 + 3102.160)
Station 3, Breast Care 2 x Crude pumps (Semison 490)
Station 4, Breast Care Car Park 2 x Storm pumps (Flygt 3102.181)
Station 5, Main Car Park 2 x Storm Pumps (possible Flyte pumps)
Station 6, Estates 2 x Storm Pumps (Flygt 3085.181)

An expectation of one visit per year with inspection to include;
• testing of all pumps are in working order,
• motors are checked for insulation and loading,
• floats working ,
• pump trip alarms in panels are working,
• lifting chains are working,
• condition of steel and pipe work are working,
• guide rails are safe and working,
• High level alarms are working,

A full service report on each of the stations is also expected in addition to ensuring each of the pumps is in full working order.
