Description

Essex County Council's (ECC) current resourcing contract is due to end in September 2019 and we are taking this opportunity to engage with the market, via early market engagement activities, to inform our scope and specification, delivery model and route to market, for the new requirement.

At a high level the current requirements include:
•Recruitment and selection activity for internal and external permanent and fixed term contract vacancies
•Pre-employment and safeguarding checks
•Engagement of interims and agency workers, possibly including work-packaging
•Access to resource banks via agency supply chain for specific work groups
•Access to leading edge resourcing approaches and solutions, supporting delivery of strategic workforce plans, talent acquisition, and resource management activity including the development of talent pipelines.
