Description

The second of a two phase expansion of capacity at Springwell Primary School providing an additional 2200m2 of accommodation; comprising the construction of a new two storey education facility containing classrooms, offices, storage facilities, toilet facilities and support rooms.
As a school that serves children with special needs, the contract involves extension works to either end of an in-use building, on a compact site, with limited parking and potential security issues
