Description

Sefton Council wish to purchase 4 Soundproof Booths.

Quotes are requested for 2 Booths with 4 person occupancy and 2 Booths with single occupancy.

Project start date is May 2022 and full installation should be completed by 15 July 2022.

The Booths will be used for residents to make zoom calls. They need to be wheelchair accessible, be fitted with power, lighting and have some form of ventilation.

Booths should be sound proofed to a standard so that little or no conversation can be heard outside of them

Booths may need to be moved around the building, so need to be moveable intact or dismantling and reassemble needs to be a simple process

The Booths should be aesthetically pleasing with a modern look. The walls of the Booths will be retro fitted with a wall mounted smart screen, so need to be robust enough to hold

Both Booths sizes will be primarily used for video conferencing, so need to be of a size and specification to support this role. The pods will need to be made from environmental sustainable materials and preferably be made from materials which reduce the effect of virus cross contamination. The Booths should be delivered and installed on site with integrated lighting and should have integrated seating and table and should be sound proofed to a standard so that little or no conversation can be heard outside of them.

Pods need to be DDA compliant.

Delivery and installation should be included and photos of the proposed structures included within your bid.

The Booths will be sited at 3 separate locations and delivery costs should reflect this.
