Description
Orbit is seeking to appoint a preferred partner to enter into contract to drive our Strategic Land ambitions; identifying strategic opportunities that are presently neither allocated nor consented in the local plan process yet have a strong opportunity within a 7-10 year time of being so if well promoted and securing these opportunities with land owners for Orbit-ideally under option. Our chosen partner will then drive the promotion process (recognising and managing any reputational risk to Orbit) to achieve the targeted consent. Contract dates and value of the contract has been estimated.
