Description

The National Lottery Community Fund (formerly 'The Big Lottery Fund', hereafter known as 'the Fund') is seeking to procure services for the provision of a package of tailored surveys to measure awareness, favourability, and advocacy levels of the organisation amongst Westminster MPs and members of the Scottish Parliament, the Welsh Senedd and the Northern Ireland Assembly.

This contract will be subject to the Fund's standard terms and conditions. These can be accessed via the following link:
https://www.tnlcommunityfund.org.uk/about/customer-service/supplier-zone/terms-and-conditions (this contract will be subject to our terms and conditions for procurements of over £10,000). A submission received as part of this tender process shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions, so bidders are advised to review these.

This will be a three-year contract with the option to extend for a further year. The decision to extend this contract will be heavily based on the performance of the Service Provider within the initial term.

The maximum available budget for this contract is £280,000 including expenses (excluding VAT) for four years (this would include the one year extension). Any bids received in excess of this limit will be excluded from the tender process. No further monies will be available to deliver the services. Whilst this is the maximum allocated contract value, the Fund will look favourably upon bids that offer significant value for money and which maximise the impact of this public funding through innovation and an exceptional standard of service.

This tender will go live at 12:00 noon on Friday 04th February 2022. The deadline for bidders to express an intention to bid is 17:00 on Friday 25th February 2022. Bidders can express an intention to bid simply by sending a message via the Fund's e-tendering portal to state that they intend to bid. Bidders who have not expressed an intention to bid prior to this deadline will be removed from the tender. The deadline for submissions is 12:00 noon on Monday 07th March 2022.

In order to access this tender, bidders must first register themselves on the Fund's e-tendering platform, via the following link: https://tnlcommunityfund.bravosolution.co.uk/
