Description
Sheffield Hallam University's Digital Technology Services (DTS) is interested in procuring an industry leading fully integrated cloud based IT Service Management solution.
We are looking for a partner to deliver a robust hosted service, help us deliver a phased implementation and provide continued comprehensive support that will underpin our significant transformation programme and future operations.
Sheffield Hallam University strategy aims to reset the University's level of ambition - not simply to be good, but to be globally outstanding at what we seek to do. Digital Technology Services (DTS) is committed to achieving the delivery of easy to access, readily available and highly responsive services and plays a major part in achieving this goal.
As part of our commitment to continuously improve our services, DTS initiated a Service Improvement Programme (SIP). Within the SIP a workstream has been defined to look at implementing a new ITSM Tool which was a recommendation from a review of key ITSM tools within DTS.
