Description
The project will design, procure, and implement a new business to business CRM system that can meet the needs of the Combined Authority (CA) both now and in the future. To support the need of the organisation, the CA has adopted a 'Microsoft first' approach to fit in with the ICT architecture and to align with MCA Digital workstreams. The preference for the new CRM system is for it to sit within Microsoft Architecture, it must be a cloud solution that conforms to the Authority's established technical standards, specifically the application should be scalable, accessible from mobile devices, accessible to a diverse range of users, simple, easy to use and secure. The new system will allow for data integration with our partnering councils as well as providing a platform to record, report and analyse programme activities across the Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) service.
