Description

Contract to undertake restoration works at Plymouth's Elizabethan House.

Scope of the contract is as follows:

i) Repair of building structure & fabric to present the building historically faithful to its original Architectural design.

ii) Internally the main body of the building to be repaired and converted for use as a museum and visitor attraction with a new wing added to the rear housing new services and WC facilities.

iii) Provision of new mains services, new mechanical and electrical installations and landscaping of the site including repair of external garden walls.
