Description

Medway Council wishes to appoint a service provider to operate a Coffee/Snack Bar Facility at Medway Visitor Centre (95 High Street, Rochester) and invites suitably qualified service providers to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements set out in document 3 of this Invitation to Quote (ITQ). The Contract is anticipated to commence August 6, 2018 for a 2- year lease period of the premises, with an option for a further 5 years as outlined in the requirement unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract
