Description

A unique housing Group, Torus combines the very best of two local, community led landlords. Sound governance, a strong asset base and significant financial capacity enables us to do more. To provide more opportunities for the communities we serve, build more new homes and enhance the services we provide to our tenants and customers. On 1st April 2015, Golden Gates Housing Trust (GGHT) based in Warrington and Helena Partnerships based in St. Helen's entered into a Group Structure to form the Torus Group.

Torus Group seeks to procure suitably qualified supply chain partner(s) to provide an integrated multidisciplinary range of Hard and Soft Facilities Management services for a maximum of seven years with a contract range of £3m - £10m. The initial contract duration is three years from 1st April 2017 with options to extend twice subject to satisfactory performance, each time for two years until 31st March 2024.
