Description

Wycombe District Council is developing two schemes in order to offer the arts and crafts sector, business starts ups, and established SMEs managed workspaces and small workshops. Both schemes are based on re purposed ship containers. The Council is inviting tenders from suitable qualified and experienced agents to provide letting, rent collection and tenancy supervision services for the schemes. The appointed agent must be able to ensure a knowledgeable representative can attend site with ten minutes of a request to do so.
