Description

Norfolk County Council wishes to re-open this LTR framework agreement for the provision of home support
services in Norfolk. The framework agreement is for both individual packages and multiple packages of care. The Council will work with successful providers to optimise efficiency and reduce unmet need wherever
possible. The expectation is that successful providers will work collaboratively to facilitate this. This framework
agreement will be county-wide but bidders can select which primary care network areas they wish to deliver
services within.
