Description

The Champs Public Health Collaborative, led by the Cheshire and Merseyside (C&M) Directors of Public Health (DsPH), is working with key partners to create a new innovative and large scale approach to Making Every Contact Count (MECC). MECC is about helping people to change their behaviour.
