Midlands and Lancashire CSU is publishing this Contract Award Notice to confirm NHS Southport & Formby CCG's intention to award a contract for the Community Cardiology Service to Southport & Formby Health Ltd.

This contract is being directly awarded by Southport and Formby CCG only in order to deliver business continuity whilst work continues system-wide to develop a cardiology pathway for the local population.
